The Important Details
Time: The event opens at 11.30pm and the first race is at 12.00pm.
(Be on time or you might miss the door prize!)
Entree will be served at 12.40pm and mains at 1.55pm.
A total of eight races are scheduled for the day. Day concludes at 5.30pm.
Location: Caulfield Racecourse, Committee Room – Third Level, Rupert Clarke Grandstand. Entrance via main Gate (23) or Gate 2.
Dietary Requirements:
Please notify us ASAP of any dietary requirements, if you haven’t already. We must have prior notification to ensure your requirements can be met. Please email jenny@hhhh.org.au asap if you haven’t already notified us.
Dress Code:
- Gentlemen are required to wear a suit, sports coat or blazer plus a tie at all times.
- Ladies are expected to maintain a suitable standard of dress in keeping with the standard of the Members’ Reserve.
- We have a fashions on the field competition so make sure you look extra fabulous!
Getting to Caulfield Racecourse
Train: Frankston, Dandenong, Cranbourne and Pakenham lines depart regularly from Flinders Street to Caulfield Station, located directly opposite the course.
Tram: Racegoers can catch a Route 3a tram and alight at Stop 56.
Car: Melways reference 68 E1. Free public parking is provided in the Centre Car Park on race days, with entry via the roundabout on the corner of Kambrook and Glen Eira Roads. Car park opens at 9am on race days only.
Bus: SmartBus Route 900 & Route 624 buses from Kew, Auburn Station, Tooronga Station and Holmesglen Station also operate to Caulfield.
Taxi: Patrons can be dropped off at the entrance gates on Station Street. At the conclusion of a race day event, taxi’s can be located at the taxi rank outside the main entrance at Gate 23, or Sir John Monash Drive. To get to Sir John Monash Drive, walk from the racecourse across Normanby Road and out under the railway tunnel.
After Party: Yes, we will be holding an after party again!! Get a free drink on arrival & light finger food. All included in your raceday ticket! We will also be providing a bus to get you there at a price of $5.00 pp.
